Thank you for shopping with VortexGame. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item:

  • Is in its original condition and packaging
  • Has not been used, damaged, or opened (for sealed items like games or electronics)
  • Includes all accessories, manuals, and original labels

❗ Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Digital/downloadable products (e.g. activation codes)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Opened or damaged game discs, consoles, or accessories

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vortexgame.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or wrong.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Then contact your bank
